How can I get help?

If you need help using the new Cardinal Cloud system then we recommend you sign up for a workshop with the Instructional Technology department. You can see a list of workshops available and sign up for them on the Instructional Technology Workshops page of the SUNY Plattsburgh website. Look for a link in the near future under "Instructional Technology Workshops" in the left pane that will be titled "Cardinal Cloud" to find Cardinal Cloud related workshops.

Note: Instructional Technology will be gearing workshops toward individuals who have already gone through the migration process to Cardinal Cloud. If you have not yet gone through the migration process, please do not sign up for any workshops until you have.

I have a technical problem, where can I get help for that?

If you have a technical problem that can't be easily solved through the knowledge gained from one of the workshops offered by Instruction Technology then you may need to contact the helpdesk. Our staff is prepared to help you with any technical problems you may be having along the way.

During the semester we are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 8:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. During Summer and vacation times we are open 8:00am to 4:30pm. Some holidays we close earlier at 4:00pm.

Someone from our office will contact you during the daytime work hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm at your preferred contact number to assist you.
